Kyle Barnette is a theatre director, actor, producer, and the Artistic Director of Footlight Players in Charleston, SC. A BFA in Theatre Performance graduate of University of Mississippi, Kyle is known for bold storytelling, emotionally driven performances, and visually dynamic staging that blends contemporary energy with classical theatrical foundations. Over the past two decades, he has directed, acted in, and produced productions ranging from large-scale musicals and intimate dramas to immersive new works and regional premieres, earning recognition for creating theatre that is both cinematic and deeply human.
